Privacy Policy

Orydex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds AI-powered healthcare software. This policy explains what information we collect through www.orydex.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only — not to the software systems we build for clients, which are governed by separate agreements.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
  • Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). This relies on cookies and similar technologies. Analytics data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

The Site does not request, store, or process patient data or other protected health information (PHI). Please do not include medical or other sensitive personal information in contact-form messages.

How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and follow up on project or career conversations.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To understand which content is useful, via aggregated analytics.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal bases

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and analytics on the basis of consent where required.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site — hosting, cloud storage, email, and analytics providers — under terms that limit their use of it, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works without them.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
